On the slopes of Magpie Hill, expansive grassland gives way to wild flowers, gorse and shrubs - and if you know where to look and when, wild damsons abound among the bushes and trees.
In late summer 2019 we foraged wild damsons to create our rich and flavoursome Magpie Hill Damson Gin. But we also set aside a batch with an added secret ingredient and left to mature for three years, stirring occasionally to create this delicious, velvety Limited Edition Vintage Damson Gin. Sip and savour neat as a liqueur for a perfect winter warmer.
