The Frozen Magpie

If you fancy something a little fresher, perhaps a pre-dinner gin cocktail this week - give the Frozen Magpie a try. 


  • 50ml gin
  • 20ml lemon juice
  • 10ml sugar syrup
  • 10ml elderflower cordial
  • soda water, to top


Shake up the gin with the lemon juice, sugar and a dash of elderflower cordial in a shaker. Pour over rock ice and top with soda water.

Easy as (Mag)pie!
